The surfaces of the tables are made of a steel sheet with a thickness of 5 mm in the form of unscrewed trays (or gutters) installed in the framework from the corners of 45x45 and welded to them.

The table of the circular saw, on the contrary, in the process of operation can be easily set at a height relative to the saw disk using the built-in lifting mechanism. On the right side of the "Circular" stop on the longitudinal guide, a mechanism is placed having an angle installation scale, with which one can carry out the ends of the boards, and not only in direct, but also at any other angle. As the basis of this mechanism, the appropriate device for manual hacksaw is taken.

I note that the described device is easily removed: removed or lowered down. The longitudinal guide is made of steel pipe with a diameter of 17 mm. Its fastening is performed using ear brackets at the edges of the circular saw table.

To ensure high-quality processing of the material, the operating shaft rotation frequency was increased due to the accelerating clinorem transmission. The drive pullee diameter has larger than the diameter of the working shaft pulley one and a half times, therefore, the knife rotor and the disk saw rotate with an angular speed of about 2250 revolutions per minute. The electric motor is powered through a four-core cable, the wiring is made with all the requirements of safety standards, the frame has a ground. In case of short circuit or overloads, the starting machine is capable of almost instantly disable power in automatic mode. After working, the machine should be de-energized, clean from sawdust and dust.

The machine functions for six years. I conduct regulatory work: Syringe bearing nodes, checking the serviceability of the fugance knives, the state of the saw blade of the saw blade, inspect the drive belts of the drive and the power cables.
